HOPE SENIOR APARTMENTS

Hope Senior Apartments is a two-story senior community for elderly or disabled individuals with wonderful one- and two-bedroom homes offering time-saving amenities with daily on-site conveniences.

We did the rehabilitation of 50 apartment units, installing new spacious kitchens, renovating the living and dining room areas, creating new large closets, and additional storage. Specifically, we installed all new kitchen cabinets and countertops, new bathroom cabinets, bath insert, low-flow water-saving plumbing fixtures, and floor tile. We also installed all new windows, entry doors, and glass door walls. New carpeting and LVT was also installed throughout, and all walls were freshly painted. We then installed energy efficient appliances, a new furnace/air conditioning unit with a digital thermostat, and a new hot water tank. We also added new energy-efficient lighting throughout.

Outside, we renovated each individual front porch and back patio. We installed all new siding, shingles, gutters, and downspouts. We installed a new asphalt parking lot, and added new energy-efficient lighting.

We also renovated the clubhouse, which included offices, restrooms, a multi-purpose room with kitchenette, a library, an exercise room, and a sitting area.

We installed all new site signage.
