GABRIELLE APARTMENTS (2016)
The Gabrielle Apartments is a 10-story high-rise building with 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units that were originally built in 1979.
We did the restoration of 336 units after fire and smoke damage. We did major cleaning of both the exterior of the building (soot accumulation on the exterior window ledges) and the interior of the units (hand wiping down all the walls and cleaning all the floors). We also cleaned all the ventilation ducts.
To make all this happen, we temporarily relocated the resident for 5-7 days, did the unit restoration (and cleaned their belongings), then moved them and everything back into the unit.
