GABRIELLE APARTMENTS (2014)
The Gabrielle Apartments is a 10-story high-rise building with 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units that was originally built in 1979.
We did the restoration of 8 units after flood damage (on multiple floors). In each unit, we installed all new drywall, new flooring, carpet, kitchen cabinets and flooring, and new bathroom fixtures, tub surround. All the walls were then given a fresh coat of paint.
In the corridors, we installed all new drywall, drop ceilings, and light fixtures. We then finished the walls off with a new coat of paint.
