Continental Construction Management Restored Vista Villa Apartments
Vista Village Apartments offer a choice of one and two bedroom apartments and two and three bedroom townhomes. It was originally built in 2002.
We restored 6 units because of fire and water damage. First, we did a complete gut restoration of one unit, which had the fire. We installed a brand new kitchen with cabinets and new flooring and a new bathroom with cabinet and tub surround. We also replaced the windows and a glass door wall. Drywall was replaced, and the entire unit was painted.
On the interior, we installed all new electrical, PEX plumbing, a new furnace, and a new hot water tank. We then installed a brand new kitchen with new cabinets, new appliances, and new flooring. We also installed a brand new bathroom.
On the exterior, we replaced roof shingles, siding, gutters, and downspouts.
We then did the restoration of the five other units from water damage. We cleaned up the water, drywalled the corridors, installed drop ceilings, new light fixtures, new flooring, and painted the walls.
