Continental Construction Management Restored Gabrielle & Benjamin Townhomes
The Gabrielle Townhomes are 1- and 2-bedroom “garden style” apartment units that were originally built in 1979.
We restored of 152 basements after a Category 3 flood damage. We removed all the content, cleaned the content, and then put it all back into each unit after the cleanup was complete. We also did all the water extraction, and then cleaned and sanitized the basement floor and walls.
