Continental Construction Management Restored Daystar Estates Home
This home is located on Detroit’s east-side in the Daystar Estates neighborhood. It was originally constructed in 2004. It is a detached home with an attached one-car garage.
We did a complete gut restoration after there was a fire that originated in the kitchen. First, we replaced all the studs and roof joists. Then we installed a portion of the roof, and replaced all the other shingles. We also installed new windows and new siding.
On the interior, we installed all new electrical, PEX plumbing, a new furnace, and a new hot water tank. We then installed a brand new kitchen with new cabinets, new appliances, and new flooring. We also installed a brand new bathroom.
