Continental Construction Management Constructed Clubhouse at Trilogy Apartments

We constructed a new 8,000+ square foot clubhouse with management office atThe Trilogy Apartments in Belleville, MI. We also demolished the existing tennis courts to install a new pool. We also eliminated 3 existing pools throughout the complex.

Inside the clubhouse, we constructed an expansive and stylish resident lounge with multiple seating areas, a conference room with individual workstations, ideal for work shifting, an exclusive fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment and TV’s, an Internet café and gourmet coffee bar, a theater-style room featuring a wide screen TV, and management offices.

Outside, we installed a resort-style pool with a seating area around the fireplace and luxury BBQ area.
