Continental Construction Management Restored Oak Meadows Apartments
The Oak Meadows complex has a mix of apartments, townhomes, garden-style apartments, and houses. There are 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units available. It was originally built in 1972.
We did a complete gut restoration of 6 units because of fire and water damage. First, we replaced all the studs and roof joists, then we installed a portion of the roof, and replaced all the other shingles. We also installed new windows and new siding.
On the interior, we installed all new electrical, PEX plumbing, a new furnace, and a new hot water tank. We then installed a brand new kitchen with new cabinets, new appliances, and new flooring. We also installed a brand new bathroom.
